About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target\-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to identify and recruit suitable candidates according to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and job suitability.
• Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist relevant profiles.
• Share suitable CVs with clients and coordinate interview schedules.
• Follow up with candidates and clients regarding interview feedback, selection, offers, and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily productivity reports.
• Handle multiple job openings and work towards achieving recruitment targets.
• Ensure regular follow\-ups to reduce candidate dropouts and improve joining ratios.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in an HR consultancy or staffing company.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and follow\-up skills.
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable profiles.
• Good coordination, time\-management, and negotiation skills.
• Target\-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment.
