We are looking for a highly energetic, sharp, and street\-smart **HR Recruiter** whose primary superpower is finding top\-tier creative and sales talent. You won't just be an "executive" here; you will be the core pillar who builds our Dream Team from scratch.

• *Your Mission (What you will actually do):**

• **The Big Build (Urgent):** Your immediate goal is to hunt, screen, and hire 7 Rockstar professionals (Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Content Writer, 2 Corporate Sales Executives, 1 Brand Manager, and 1 Podcast Outreach Executive).
• **The Filter:** You know how to spot a fake resume from a real portfolio. You will conduct the first rounds of telephonic/Zoom interviews to filter the absolute best for the final round with the Founder.
• **The Culture Keeper:** Once the team is built (10\-15 people), you will manage daily HR operations, track sales KPIs, handle attendance, and ensure our office vibe stays creative and disciplined.
• **Zero Admin Headaches:** No boring data entry all day. Your job is to talk to people, close hires, and manage the floor efficiently.

• *What You MUST Have (Requirements):**

• **Experience:** 1 to 3 years of hardcore recruitment experience. (If you have hired for Media, Advertising, or Sales roles before, you are already at the top of our list).
• **Skill:** Exceptional convincing and communication skills (English \& Hindi). You should know how to "sell" our company's vision to candidates.
• **Tools:** You must be a pro at using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
