Job Overview

We are looking for a result\-oriented **HR Recruiter – Bulk Hiring** with prior experience in BPO recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment for high\-volume hiring requirements, particularly Sales Telecallers, Telecallers and other BPO positions.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with job portals, excellent candidate communication skills and the ability to achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for BPO and telecalling positions.
• Handle bulk hiring for Sales Telecallers, Telecallers and other BPO profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Assess candidates based on communication skills, suitability and job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily MIS reports.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate qualification is mandatory.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
• Previous experience in BPO recruitment is mandatory.
• Experience hiring Sales Telecallers, Telecallers or similar BPO profiles.
• Hands\-on experience using Naukri, WorkIndia or other recruitment portals.
• Fluent Marathi communication is mandatory.
• Good communication, negotiation and candidate\-convincing skills.
• Ability to manage bulk hiring and work with recruitment targets.
