Requirements:  1–2 years of recruitment/TA experience  Real estate recruitment experience is a big plus  Strong communication \& candidate\-handling skills  Experience with sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.  Good follow\-up and negotiation skills  Target\-oriented and proactive approach  Immediate joiners preferred
