HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end\-to\-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment cycle
• Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Handle offer rollout and follow\-ups with candidates

• *Key Skills:**

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Relevant experience in recruitment (3–5 years)

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
