Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target\-driven HR Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end blue\-collar recruitment for our retail stores. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding of suitable candidates for various retail and frontline positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for Cashiers, Sales Associates, Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Security Guards and other frontline positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, Indeed, employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with Store Managers, Cluster Managers and senior management.
• Follow up with selected candidates for salary discussions, document collection and joining confirmation.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers, interview schedules and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per business requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
• Monitor candidate follow\-ups, reduce dropouts and improve joining conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands\-on experience in blue\-collar and bulk recruitment.
• Knowledge of Naukri, WorkIndia and other job portals.
• Strong sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow\-up and coordination abilities.
• Basic MS Excel and recruitment tracker management.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in apparel retail, fashion retail, supermarket or multi\-store recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹23,000\.00 per month
