• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and target\-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities to meet the company's hiring requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for various positions, especially Business Development Executives (BDEs) and sales\-related roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure interview attendance and joining.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Prepare daily recruitment reports covering calls, interviews, selections, and joiners.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with recruitment experience can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes.
• Strong follow\-up, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
