• Conducting preliminary screening
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency with email communication and client communication.

• Experience in candidate onboarding
• Experience in solving teething problems for the new joinees

• *Key Job Responsibilities**

• Develop attractive JDs for the new openings
• Maintain internal candidate database
• Search for new candidates using online portals and maintain the job postings page of the company
• Be a team player and work well with a diverse team which may be spread all over the world through strong and clear communication.
• Research on how to implement various requirements and make informed decisions in a timely manner.
• Take active part in weekly review meetings and put forth ideas or solutions to problems.
