Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result\-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end\-to\-end recruitment.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment activities.
• Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Manage candidate databases and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate offer rollouts and support candidates until joining.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end recruitment.
• Good sourcing, screening and candidate coordination skills.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.

• *Preferred Candidates:** Graduates residing in or around Ambattur, Chennai.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
