• *Position Overview**

We are looking for a **dynamic and results\-driven HR Recruiter** to handle the end\-to\-end recruitment process across our business units. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a confident and professional demeanor, and a strong understanding of hiring practices.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the **entire recruitment lifecycle** — from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Source candidates through **job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.**
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
• Support **onboarding processes and HR coordination activities.**
• Meet recruitment **deadlines** efficiently.

• *Requirements**

• **Bachelor’s degree** in Human Resources or a related field.
• **6 months –1 years of experience** in recruitment (preferably in multi\-sector hiring).
• Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills.**
• **Presentable, professional**, and able to multitask in a fast\-paced environment.
• Strong **organizational and time management** skills.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
