Sourcing \& Talent Acquisition

• **Identify Hiring Needs:** Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements across Sales, Leasing, Property Management, and Corporate functions.
• **Source Candidates:** Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and specialized real estate job boards.
• **Evaluate Talent:** Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess candidates for both technical competencies and cultural fit.

Interview Management \& Hiring

• **Coordinate Interviews:** Schedule and manage interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and gather interview feedback in a timely manner.
• **Offer Management:** Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and address candidate queries related to compensation and benefits.
• **Compliance \& Verification:** Conduct background checks and reference verifications while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.

Onboarding \& Employer Branding

• **Onboarding:** Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and stakeholder coordination.
• **Employer Branding:** Represent and promote the company’s employer brand through career fairs, networking events, social media, and other talent attraction initiatives.
• **ATS Management:** Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data, and hiring metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• *Qualifications**

• MBA in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Candidates with a proven track record of onboarding 10–15 employees per month will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
