Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Any field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time\-management skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
