Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with hands\-on experience in **staff augmentation and contractual hiring**. The ideal candidate should be proficient in candidate sourcing, recruitment portals, screening, and end\-to\-end recruitment, with excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for staff augmentation and contractual hiring requirements.
• Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring portals.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable profiles within defined timelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the recruitment pipeline.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure timely submissions of quality profiles against client requirements.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum **2\+ years of experience in recruitment**, specifically in staff augmentation and contractual hiring.
• Hands\-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
• Strong candidate sourcing, Boolean search, and resume screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical and non\-technical requirements and source relevant profiles.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven, fast\-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates with proven experience in IT staffing, contract staffing, or staff augmentation will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
