Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely position closures.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports with accuracy.
Support onboarding activities, employee documentation, and induction processes.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Required Skills \& Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably handling both IT and Non\-IT hiring.
- Hands\-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring timelines.
- Good knowledge of interview coordination, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹450,000\.00 per year
