JOB DESCRIPTION

Position \- HR ASSOCIATE (RECRUITER)

We are looking for an energetic and people\-oriented HR \- Recruiter \& Onboarding Executive to manage recruitment and onboarding activities. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, coordinating with recruitment agencies, handling joining formalities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

• *Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast\-paced startup environment and be willing to take ownership of responsibilities with a flexible and proactive approach.**

• *Responsibilities:**

• Understand hiring requirements and source candidates
• Screen profiles and coordinate interviews
• Handle recruitment agencies, give them feedbacks
• Handle offer rollout and candidate follow\-ups
• Manage onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Conduct induction and employee orientation
• Maintain employee records and trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

• Strong willingness to learn and grow
• Serious and responsible approach towards work
• Self\-motivated with a proactive attitude
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• MS Office and HRMS knowledge preferred

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
• Immediate Joinee Preferred

• *Location :** Basavangudi Bangalore

• Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person/ at office

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
