• *Role and Responsibility:**

• Understanding the client's HR requirements.
• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Sourcing and screening of different requirements through Job Portals and social media sites.
• Conducting initial interviews.
• Negotiating job offers with successful candidates
• Responsible for interacting with candidates, initial screening, taking telephonic interviews, shortlisting them, and scheduling interviews.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Email communication with clients.
• Negotiating salary and joining dates
• Complete the joining formalities.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
