• *Position Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **Executive – HR** to manage end\-to\-end HR operations for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in recruitment (non\-IT/blue\-collar \& white\-collar hiring), statutory compliance, and general HR operations. Candidates from a manufacturing background will be preferred.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Recruitment \& Onboarding**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for non\-IT roles across departments (production, quality, stores, admin, sales etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), consultants, and referrals
• Screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, and manage the selection process
• Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates
• Issue offer letters and appointment letters
• Conduct induction and onboarding for new joiners

• *Employee Lifecycle Management**

• Manage confirmation process and documentation post probation period
• Conduct exit interviews and handle full \& final settlement coordination
• Maintain complete and updated employee documentation and personnel files as per audit requirements.

• *Employee Engagement \& HR Operations**

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
• Address employee grievances and support a positive work culture
• Support other general HR operations and administrative tasks as needed

• *Candidate Requirements**

• **Experience:** Minimum 3\+ years in HR, specifically in recruitment, HR operations, and compliance
• **Industry Preference:** Candidates from manufacturing/industrial background preferred
• **Communication:** Good spoken and written English skills
• **Skills:** Familiarity with job portals, HR documentation
• **Education:** Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (recommended, please confirm)

Pay: ₹24,000\.00 \- ₹31,000\.00 per month
