Position: HR Recruiter

Department: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Location: Work From Home (Remote)

Employment Type: Full\-Time

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Full Day) \& Saturday (Half Day)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, databases, and networking channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and represent the company professionally.

• *Required Skills \& Competencies**

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Hands\-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently in a target\-oriented environment.

• *Educational Qualification**

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

• *Experience**

0–5\+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or consultancy hiring.

• *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

• Position closure within agreed timelines.
• Quality of shortlisted candidates.
• Offer\-to\-joining ratio.
• Candidate and client satisfaction.
• Recruitment Turnaround Time (TAT).

Pay: ₹3,000\.00 \- ₹5,000\.00 per month
