#### **Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced EHS Trainer \& Consultant with 8–10 years of professional experience in the Oil \& Gas, Petrochemical, Process Industry, or Heavy Engineering/Manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering international certification courses, corporate bespoke training, EHS audits, consulting assignments, and supporting organizational QHSE objectives. The role requires excellent training delivery skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to engage with corporate clients across various industries.
#### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs for respective vacancies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct HR interviews, coordinate interview schedules, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Lead recruitment process to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, aging reports, open position trackers, and other recruitment analytics.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Leverage AI\-enabled recruitment tools and best practices to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefit terms, and guide candidates through pre\-boarding activities.
- Data Management \& Compliance: Maintain applicant data in the software and ensure all recruitment activities comply with labour laws.
#### **Required Qualifications \& Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of experience in end\-to\-end recruitment.
- Hands\-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience in hiring full\-time employees, contract staff, and consultants.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment MIS, dashboards, and Excel\-based reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of statutory requirements and labour laws.
#### **Preferred Qualifications:**
- UG (any), MBA (Preferred – HRM).
- Certification in AI Recruitment, HR Technology, or Talent Acquisition.
- Knowledge of Data Analytics or advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
- Experience with HR tools such as Zoho Recruit.
