Job Description
- *Urgently Hiring for HR Recruiter cum Front Desk Executive**
- **Experience Required \- Fresher to 6 months.**
- **Preferred :** Immediate Joiner \+ Local candidate.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and candidate/student inquiries.
Source and screen candidates through job portals and schedule interviews.
Maintain recruitment records and update CRM data regularly.Coordinate interview processes and assist walk\-in candidates.Connect with colleges/TPOs for student training programs and admissions.Maintain student attendance, fee records, and registration documents.Support HR and administrative activities, employee engagement events, and office coordination.Maintain office inventory and ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations.Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking SystemsExperience with full\-cycle recruitingGood knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)Demonstrable leadership abilities.Good communication skills.Pay: From ₹15,000\.00 per month
