Role Summary

Responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment activities across technical and non\-technical departments, ensuring timely hiring and smooth coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting and candidate evaluation.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with technical HODs and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and candidate expectations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams.
• Handle recruitment for Sales, Engineering, Design, Production, Quality and other departments.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer approvals and offer letter processing.
• Manage pre\-joining follow\-ups, candidate documentation and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports.
• Assist with general HR activities such as onboarding, employee documentation and other HR operations as required.

Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Experience in technical and sales hiring will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and coordinate with different departments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
