Job Responsibilities \& Requirements

• Handle **bulk hiring** of car washing staff
• Screen and shortlist candidates (Hindi,)
• Conduct telephonic \& direct interviews
• Coordinate joining process and documentation
• Maintain daily hiring report \& attendance follow\-up
• Arrange field recruitment drives if required
• 1–3 years experience in recruitment (blue\-collar hiring preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to close positions quickly
• Immediate joiner preferred

Preferred Candidate

• Experience hiring **doorstep car washing staff**
• Comfortable with field work \& local sourcing
• Target\-oriented and responsible

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
