HR Recruiter

• Understand job requirements and coordinate with department heads to define hiring needs.
• Source potential candidates through various channels — job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical and HR rounds with concerned departments.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare and send offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment activities.
• Maintain recruitment reports, analytics, and hiring metrics for management review.
• Ensure all hiring activities comply with company policies and employment laws.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
