HR Recruiter

• *Role \& Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and initial telephonic interviews.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, consultants, and institutes.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow\-ups.
• Track candidate progress, interview feedback, assignments, offers, and joining status.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Build a pipeline of suitable candidates to meet current and future manpower requirements.

• *Required Skills**

• BBA in HR, MBA in HR, or PGDM in HR.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Familiarity with job portals, MS Excel, email, and recruitment tracking systems.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and time\-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, meet hiring deadlines, and maintain candidate confidentiality.
