Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for retail, corporate, and support functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring for retail, FMCG, or similar industries is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Hands\-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets within deadlines.

Work location : Bangalore

Pay: ₹9,346\.13 \- ₹30,989\.13 per month
