Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support our hiring requirements and manage candidate coordination throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regarding selection and joining.
• Handle multiple vacancies and prioritize hiring requirements as per business needs.
• Work closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
• Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure timely follow\-up with candidates to support smooth recruitment closures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, are preferred.
• Experience handling urgent hiring requirements and multiple vacancies.
• Familiarity with Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Good coordination, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
