• *About the Role**

TopRock Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result\-oriented HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities, identify suitable candidates, and support the hiring process across various positions. Candidates with prior recruitment experience in chain restaurants or the F\&B industry will be preferred.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination and offer rollout.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring status reports.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and role expectations.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Support offer negotiations, joining formalities, and candidate follow\-ups.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for chain restaurants, QSRs, cafés, or the F\&B industry is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, MS Excel, and recruitment trackers.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and follow\-up skills.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
