Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate interview feedback and facilitate offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key hiring metrics.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment techniques and interview methodologies.
Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Candidate
Experience hiring for manufacturing, production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and corporate roles.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
