✅ End\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition

✅ Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms

✅ Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews

✅ Coordinating interviews with hiring managers

✅ Managing candidate communication and follow\-ups

✅ Maintaining recruitment databases and MIS reports

✅ Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
