We’re Hiring: HR Recruiter
Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
\- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring.
\- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
\- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
\- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
\- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
\- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Requirements
\- 1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
\- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
\- Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
\- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
