HR Recruiter

• *Role Overview**

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment activities, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring quality candidate closures across functions. This role focuses on sourcing the right talent, maintaining recruitment efficiency, and delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

• *KRA: Task / Activities**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow\-ups
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and feedback
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen candidates using Vedita Ventures’ **BARE Fit** framework to assess suitability
• Maintain candidate database, trackers, and ensure timely updates in ATS/CRM tools
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and stakeholders and ensure smooth hiring process
• Ensure proper documentation and communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Participate in team review meetings and contribute to process improvements

• *KPI: Performance Metrics**

• Number of positions closed per month
• Interview\-to\-offer ratio and offer\-to\-join ratio
• Turnaround Time (TAT) for assigned mandates
• Hiring manager and candidate satisfaction feedback
• Accuracy and consistency in ATS/Tracker updates

• *Skills \& Attitude:**

• *Required Skills**

• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job platforms)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage hiring timelines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience using ATS or CRM recruitment tools
• Exposure to hiring across multiple functions (HR, Sales, Operations, Tech, etc.)
• Understanding of structured interview and evaluation techniques
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
