Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment for Viceroy Luxury Resorts and Hotels. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify, attract, and select qualified candidates across all hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food \& Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Sales, and Administration.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, and hotel management institutes.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.
• Recruit experienced professionals, freshers, and hospitality trainees as per manpower requirements.
• Build relationships with colleges, hospitality institutes, and placement coordinators for campus recruitment.
• Maintain an updated candidate database, recruitment tracker, and interview records.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding salary negotiations, offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within the stipulated timelines.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Proven experience in handling end\-to\-end recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality recruitment and hotel departmental structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to source and attract suitable candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Strong interviewing, screening, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and recruitment tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong follow\-up skills and the ability to work within recruitment deadlines.
• Self\-motivated, organised, and result\-oriented.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with prior experience in hotel or resort recruitment will be preferred.
• Should be capable of independently managing recruitment for multiple hotel properties.
• Must have a strong network with hospitality colleges and recruitment sources.
• Should demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and good interpersonal skills.

• *Key Expectation:** The candidate must be capable of independently managing the complete recruitment cycle and ensuring timely hiring of competent employees for all departments of Viceroy Luxury Resorts and Hotels.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
