We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **HR Recruiter** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and face\-to\-face interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate the end\-to\-end recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets within the given timelines.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Good negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
