- *HR \& Recruiting Coordinator (US Operations Support)**

We are a growing U.S.\-based company seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented HR \& Recruiting Coordinator to support our Human Resources and recruiting functions. This role will work closely with our U.S.\-based HR team and hiring managers to help manage recruiting activities, onboarding, employee administration, and HR operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, highly organized, and comfortable working directly with U.S.\-based employees and managers.
- Support recruitment for hourly, salaried, and supervisory roles by reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring administration.
- Create and post job advertisements on company websites, job boards, social media platforms, and recruiting networks.
- Review and screen incoming resumes from job postings.
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.
- Evaluate candidates against job requirements and provide recommendations.
- Prepare candidate screening summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with offer preparation and hiring coordination.
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Assist with employee documentation and compliance tracking.
- Prepare employment verification letters and other HR\-related correspondence.
- Support benefits administration and employee data management.
- Support employee relations documentation and recordkeeping.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Maintain organizational charts and employee directories.
- Assist with HR reporting and special projects.
- Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.
- *Administrative Support**
- Schedule meetings, interviews, training sessions, and employee development programs.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with special HR and compliance projects as assigned.
- Track action items and follow up on assignments.
- Assist with process documentation and workflow improvements.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2\-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting Coordination, Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and follow\-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
- Experience supporting U.S.\-based companies.
- Experience conducting candidate phone screenings.
- Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience supporting remote teams.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
