Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms Review and screen resumes and applications Conduct initial interviews to assess applicants’ skills, knowledge, and cultural fit Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements Organize and facilitate hiring procedures and paperwork Coordinate and conduct background checks and reference checks Manage and update candidate information in the company’s recruitment database Communicate regularly with potential candidates, building a pipeline of talent Participate in job fairs and host in\-house recruitment events Stay up\-to\-date with current recruiting methods and best practices Assist with employer branding initiatives and develop a strong employer brand
