HR Recruiter (Work From Home)

Job Responsibilities

• Screen and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with client HR.
• Follow up until interview, selection, and joining.
• Maintain recruitment data in Google Sheets/CRM.
• Achieve daily hiring targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of recruitment/BPO hiring experience.
• Good communication and follow\-up skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and MS Excel.
• Laptop/Desktop with stable internet.

• *Working Hours:** Monday–Saturday \| 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• *Immediate Joiners Preferred.**

Pay: ₹13,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
