Job Description
Worklance Connect is hiring motivated HR Recruiters to support our recruitment requirements across multiple industries and locations.
The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and supporting them until successful joining.
This is a completely commission\-based opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, WhatsApp groups, references, and personal networks.
- Understand job requirements and identify relevant candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening.
- Explain job roles, salary, location, eligibility, and interview process to candidates.
- Share shortlisted profiles with the internal team.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Regularly follow up with candidates until interview, selection, and joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
- Achieve monthly sourcing and joining targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced recruiters can apply.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of Bengali or any regional language will be an advantage.
- Must have a smartphone, laptop or desktop, and a stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and consistently follow up with candidates.
- Candidates with access to job portals, recruitment groups, or a strong candidate network will be preferred.
Compensation
- Commission for every successful candidate joining.
- No fixed salary.
- Earnings depend on the number of successful joinings.
- Performance\-based growth opportunities are available.
- Commission will be paid as per the company’s payment cycle and applicable replacement policy.

This is a commission\-based remote opportunity and does not offer a fixed monthly salary for first 3 month. Apply only if you are comfortable working on a performance\-based earning model.
Pay: ₹5,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
