Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with expertise in logistics hiring and candidate handholding. The candidate will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment for logistics and supply chain roles, coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring journey, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.\-\-\-Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end\-to\-end recruitment for logistics and supply chain positions.Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and field hiring activities.Screen and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.Conduct HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.Manage candidate handholding from interview scheduling till onboarding.Coordinate with operations and hiring managers for manpower planning.Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.Ensure timely closure of open positions within deadlines.Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing logistics hiring requirements.Support onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.\-\-\-Required SkillsStrong knowledge of logistics and bulk hiring.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Experience in candidate handholding and follow\-up management.Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.Familiarity with recruitment portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.Good MS Excel and reporting skills.\-\-\-Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in logistics hiring.\-\-\-Salary \& BenefitsSalary: As per industry standardsPerformance incentivesPF \& ESIC benefitsCareer growth opportunitiesProfessional work environment\-\-\-Working Days\- 6 Days Working
