You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and play an active role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Source candidates using job portals and social Media.
• Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Support the HR team with day\-to\-day hiring activities.

• *Requirements**

• Must be a graduate. (Specialization in HR preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
