HR Recruitment Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands\-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR operations. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and play an active role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Source candidates using job portals and social Media.
• Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Support the HR team with day\-to\-day hiring activities.

• *Requirements**

• Must be a graduate or Pursuing (Specialization in HR preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
