Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process and support the organization's talent acquisition objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, referrals, networking, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference and background verification checks as required.
- Negotiate compensation packages and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
- Assist in onboarding activities and employee documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Experience in hiring for IT, FinTech, or technology\-driven organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong networking and relationship\-building skills.
