We're Hiring: HR Recruiter \| Mohali, Punjab

3DS Global Pvt. Ltd., the India operations arm of 3D Solutions LLC (California, USA), is looking for an HR Recruiter to join our growing team. We support US healthcare providers with Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, coding, and credentialing services.

Role: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1–2 years in end\-to\-end recruitment

Location: Mohali, Punjab (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full\-time

What you'll do

• Manage end\-to\-end hiring for our RCM operations team.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus/walk\-in drives
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up through joining
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Support onboarding and employer branding activities

What we're looking for

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably high\-volume or BPO/KPO hiring
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Comfortable with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and MS Office
• Experience hiring for US healthcare/RCM roles is a plus
