The HR Generalist will support a wide spectrum of HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, learning and development, talent management initiatives, and employee engagement. This role requires strong coordination capability, attention to detail, and a collaborative, service\-oriented mindset aligned with Safran's values.
Talent Acquisition (End to End)
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview
coordination, and offer preparation leveraging industry standard tools.
- Support hiring for SIPL (non DIGIT, including Shared Services) and SAE \& SED
hoisted businesses
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and high quality closures.
2\. Employee Onboarding \& Induction
- Drive Day 1 readiness and ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Conduct and coordinate the induction program for new employees.
- Facilitate relocation assistance and mobility coordination for new joiners.
3\. HR Digital Tools \& Transformation Projects
- Support implementation and stabilization of the SAP SucessFactor Boarding
Module (Onboarding, Cross\-boarding and Off\-boarding).
- Coordinate activities for our new Talent Acquisition Project rollout in FY 2026–
27\.
- Work closely with global and regional HR teams to ensure seamless adoption.
4\. Talent Management \& Competency Frameworks
- Support talent programs, including career management and development
frameworks.
- Coordinate GJR competency framework rollouts and ensure communication and
tracking.
5\. Learning \& Development Coordination
- Assist in delivering Selia learning programs.
- Support the Selia Learning Module rollout scheduled for July 2026, including communication, user support, and readiness.
6\. HR Operations \& Employee Lifecycle Support
- Provide operational support on employee transfers, job changes, and ad hoc HR
requests.
- Ensure accurate documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance.
- Participate in managing the annual merit increment and bonus campaigns
7\. Employee Engagement, DE\&I, CSR \& Branding
- Support execution of employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, and
communication plans.
- Coordinate DE\&I programs, CSR initiatives, well\-being at work and strengthen
internal employee branding.
- Support and coordination of HR activities related to Safran participation at
international and national trade fairs/ events
- *Job Requirements**

- Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 2\-5 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience preferred.
- Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and HR coordination are desirable.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix structure with high levels of discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in handling small scale HR digitalization and automation projects is a plus
