• *Location:** Mulund, Mumbai
• *Experience:** 1\+ Years
• *Salary:** Up to ₹50,000 per month
• *Work Mode:** Work From Office (WFO)
• *Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• *Week Off:** Sunday fixed off \+ 2nd \& 4th Saturday off

• *Who Can Apply?**

Candidates with experience in a **recruitment consultancy firm only**

Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines

Passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities.
• Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
