We are looking for enthusiastic HR Trainee to support the Human Resources team in daily administrative and operational activities. The trainee will gain hands\-on experience in recruitment , HR documentation, onboarding, and HR operations while developing a strong understanding of HR practices and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidate interviews.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Prepare HR\-related documents, letters, and reports.
Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Help track attendance, leave records, and employee data.
Support HR compliance and documentation requirements.
Respond to employee queries under the guidance of HR team members.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources and people management.
Basic knowledge of HR concepts and employment practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time\-management abilities.
