HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Multi\-Location HR Strategy \& OperationsAbout the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and business\-oriented **HR Business Partner (HRBP)** to lead HR strategy and people operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and HR compliance while ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Business Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people\-related matters.

Talent Management

  • Support end\-to\-end recruitment for critical and leadership positions.
  • Drive onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Develop succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Performance Management

  • Lead the performance appraisal process across all locations.
  • Support managers in goal setting, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and employee development.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvement strategies.

Employee Relations \& Engagement

  • Resolve employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention strategies.
  • Conduct skip\-level meetings and employee feedback sessions.

HR Operations \& Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage HR documentation, audits, and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with payroll and HR operations teams for seamless employee services.

Learning \& Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
  • Support leadership development and career progression programs.

HR Analytics

  • Monitor HR metrics including attrition, hiring, retention, absenteeism, and productivity.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management review.
  • Recommend data\-driven HR interventions.

Multi\-Location Management

  • Oversee HR activities across multiple branches/regions.
  • Travel to locations as required for employee engagement, audits, and business reviews.
  • Ensure standardized HR practices across all sites.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience, preferably managing multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, HR operations, and labor laws.
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, retail, manufacturing, or service industries is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict\-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹1,391,932\.29 \- ₹1,599,492\.19 per year
