Human Resource Executive and Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and organized **HR Executive \& Recruiter** to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities and support day\-to\-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable interacting with candidates and employees, and have a good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job requirement to candidate onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes ,schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the selection process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process..
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate the joining process.
• Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
• Handle employee queries and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to conduct effective candidate screening and preliminary interviews.
• Good organizational and time\-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
