• *Job Summary:**

We are hiring a Human Resource Executive (Entry\-Level) for a full\-time, permanent role. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to build a career in HR. The role includes a structured 3\-month learning phase with hands\-on exposure to core HR functions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment activities including candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow\-ups
• Support HR operations, documentation, and employee record management
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and joining formalities
• Maintain HR databases, reports, and MIS records
• Assist in HR compliance and administrative activities
• Learn and implement HR processes and best practices
• Support employee engagement and day\-to\-day HR activities

• *Eligibility Criteria:**

• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR experience
• Immediate joiners only
• Willingness to work full\-time from the office in Noida Sector 142
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

• *Important Notes:**

• This is a full\-time onsite role (No Remote/Hybrid option)
• Not suitable for students, interns, or part\-time job seekers
• Candidates must be able to commute daily to the office
• Preference will be given to candidates residing near Noida Sector 142 for ease of commute
