Human Resource Executive

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist the HR team in the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow\-ups.
• Support the onboarding and induction process to ensure a seamless experience for new interns and employees.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR initiatives.
• Support attendance tracking, leave management, and other day\-to\-day HR administrative tasks.
• Help prepare HR reports, maintain recruitment trackers, and update candidate databases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while handling sensitive employee information with professionalism.

• *Qualifications \& Skills:**

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• **Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or a related role.**
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional attitude.
• Good organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Good understanding of HR processes and willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Self\-motivated, proactive, and eager to build a career in human resources.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
