We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll support, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end\-to\-end recruitment, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, payroll processing support, and ensuring smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct candidate follow\-ups and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle employee joining formalities and documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities, including clearance and full\-and\-final settlement documentation.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters, and experience letters.
HR Operations \& Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Update and manage HR databases and employee information systems.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Attendance, Leave \& Payroll Support
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Maintain attendance and leave trackers in Excel.
- Assist in payroll processing by preparing salary\-related data.
- Perform salary calculations, attendance reconciliation, and leave adjustments.
- Generate and distribute payslips while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Compliance \& Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll support.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
